  I am originally from Pennsylvania. I joined the Air Force in 2000 and made the move to Cannon AFB. I did not grow up going to Church or even really believe that God was real. When I first moved here I remember crying out to God (I know right, without believing He is real) The crazy thing about that was I had only been at Cannon AFB for about a day maybe when God attempted to answer my prayer. I got invited to a Bible Study at this church. For the first time, I heard the Gospel. That God sent His only son (Jesus Christ) to die for our sins. When I heard this, I remember feeling like "Man, if that is true then I really need that." It has been 16 years since I gave my life to Jesus Christ and he has used me greatly. Shortly after asking Jesus to come into my heart September 11th happened and I was sent overseas in support of Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, many of my fellow soldiers through me, heard the Gospel for the first time and even ask Jesus to come into their hearts as well. He brought me back home safely and I have gone to Church here ever since that day. I'm married now, to an awesome/beautiful woman and have 3 wonderful children, God has blessed my life in so many ways since then and I owe it to this Church, because this is where I heard the Truth for the first time.

  This a church where the word of God is preached and people need to go here for the truth. And I love being brain washed as long as it is done by God
